On November 29, 2023, Yang Guang, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, conducted a comprehensive visit to China Meheco Tianshan Pharm Co., Ltd. (Tianshan Pharm) and Xinjiang operation. This research initiative included on-site inspections of the raw material workshop, Licorice Research Institute, and quality laboratory of the former and the warehouse of the latter in Urumqi. During his visit, Yang engaged with frontline employees, assessed work safety efforts, and received updates on the Party building, operational status, and future planning from both Tianshan Pharm's and Xinjiang operation's leadership.

Yang commended the achievements of all employees and provided an in-depth analysis of the current challenges and difficulties faced by the organization. He emphasized key focus areas for the upcoming year and outlined several directives for both Tianshan Pharm and Xinjiang Operation moving forward: 1) strengthen Party leadership by fully implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, deepening the integration of Party building with operational strategies, and promoting the "Ma Hengcang Team" spirit, thus providing a robust foundation for the company's high-quality development; 2) focus on present and plan for the future by clearly defining the company’s development positioning and product construction while striving to meet annual performance targets and prepare thoroughly for the "14th Five-Year Plan"; 3) leverage collaborative advantages by enhancing synergies within the group and across various sectors to establish a win-win scenario that benefits all parties involved; 4) emphasize technological innovation by utilizing digital and intelligent methodologies to advance scientific research and improve the warehousing and logistics system; and 5) maintain safety, environmental protection, and quality standards by strengthening compliance management, and upholding integrity in business operations to ensure sustainable and stable growth.
